AT&T retail stores close chain-wide on three holidays a year — Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day — and run shortened hours around most other major holidays.
Corporate Stores vs. Authorized Retailers
AT&T's own corporate-owned stores follow a consistent holiday schedule: closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, with shortened hours on Christmas Eve and other major holidays. But like other wireless carriers, many locations carrying the AT&T name are independently owned Authorized Retailers that can set their own hours. If your nearest AT&T is an authorized retailer rather than a corporate store, its holiday hours may not match this schedule exactly.
