Two Different Windows: Online vs. In-Store
Abercrombie's price adjustment window depends on where you bought the item: online purchases get 14 days from the purchase date, while in-store purchases get a shorter 7-day window. Only items bought at full price qualify — anything bought with a coupon code, promotional discount, or during a sales event like Black Friday is excluded, and each item is only eligible for one adjustment. In-store items must also be in original condition. Abercrombie & Fitch Co. also owns Hollister, which follows a comparable 14-day, full-price-only adjustment policy.
