Petco closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, but in-store Vetco vaccination clinics run on their own separate, more limited schedule that doesn't match the main store's hours even on regular days.
Vetco Clinics Don't Follow Store Hours
Many Petco locations host a Vetco vaccination clinic, and these operate on their own limited schedule — often just a few hours on weekend mornings — rather than the store's full retail hours. If you're planning a pet vaccination visit around a holiday, check the clinic's own posted hours rather than assuming it matches the store.
