As covered in Office Depot's return policy article, Office Depot and OfficeMax operate as one company following their 2013 merger, so Office Depot's price match guarantee naturally covers OfficeMax pricing too. The guarantee applies to US stores (all 50 states plus Puerto Rico) and Officedepot.com against a list of qualifying competitors.
