Does Costco Have Curbside Pickup?
Costco does not offer curbside pickup at most locations — it tested the service in 2021 and ended it due to low member demand, though it still runs at 3 Albuquerque, NM warehouses with a $10 fee. Same-day delivery is available separately through Instacart.
One of the Few Costco Perks Sam's Club Has Instead
Costco piloted curbside pickup during the pandemic in early 2021 alongside Instacart, but discontinued it later that year, citing low member demand — it's a notable gap compared to Sam's Club, which does offer curbside pickup broadly. The one exception: it's still available at Costco's three Albuquerque, New Mexico warehouses, with a $10 pickup fee. For same-day delivery instead, Costco partners with Instacart — Instacart+ members pay no pickup/delivery fees on qualifying orders, while non-members pay a flat $1.99 pickup fee or delivery fees starting around $3.99 on orders over $35.
