Hollister's policy adjusts its own prices, not competitors' — if an identical item (same color and size) drops in price on HollisterCo.com within 14 days of your order, you can request the difference back. Only items bought at full price qualify; anything already on sale or bought with a promotional discount is excluded. In-store purchases can also be matched against a lower price found on the Hollister Co. website for the identical item.
